It is a ground-up new construction with 555,524 square foot creative office and prime retail building located in Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhood, Fulton Market! 2. 355 East Wacker Drive | $58 million
BKI Architecture is the brains behind 355 East Wacker Drive. It will be 13 stories high accommodating 1440 middle and high school students in Lakeshore East. It’s expected to be finished by late 2019. The site will include a two-story library and an auditorium that can seat 500 people. A rooftop deck will be included as well that provides a full view of the Vista Tower nearby.
3. 333 South Wabash Avenue | $21 million
Nicknamed “Big Red” for its bright accent, John Buck Company is renovating this 45-story South Loop tower. Many may remember it as the CNA Building. More than half of the floors will have an entirely new look. 750,000 + square feet of office space will be made available in the tower after renovations.
4. 5555 North Sheridan Road | $17 million
Developed by Joseph Ferrario, this iconic Edgewater 19-story co-op building at Bryn Mawr Avenue and Lake Shore Drive will see $17 million in renovations.
